Parent-Teacher conferences will be conducted on the following days: 9/17, 10/1, 10/22, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 1/14, 1/28, 2/4, 2/25, 3/4,3/18, 4/15, 4/29, 5/6, and 5/13 @ 3:45 p.m. in the cafeteria.

How do I schedule a parent-teacher conference?

  • Parent-Teacher conferences will be scheduled online.
  • Access the link to SignUpGenius.com below (schedule your parent-teacher conference at least 2 business days in advance).  
  • Select your child’s counselor and request a conference with specific teachers by entering their names. Be sure to enter your contact information. 

What should I do on the day of the parent-teacher conference?

  • Report to the cafeteria by 3:45 p.m.
  • Conference stations will be set up by counselors with your child’s name.
  • Teachers will report to designated conference stations to meet with parents. Parents are encouraged to  bring their child to the conference.

Counselors will be on-site during the conference period.

  • If you are a 10-12th grader with last names A-G, your counselor is Rucker, Katrina and her email is Katrina.rucker@atlanta.k12.ga.us
  • If you are a 10-12th grader with last names H-Pe, your counselor is Young, Lamar and his email is Ljyoung@atlanta.k12.ga.us 
  • If you are a 10-12th grader with last names Ph-Z, your counselor is Falcone, Chelsea and her email is Chelsea.falcone@atlanta.k12.ga.us 
  • All 9th graders, your counselor is Blevins-Pellechia, Tina and her email is Tblevins2@atlanta.k12.ga.us
